Regardedhusband Plumbing is a referral service. We are not hiring employees. We are looking for independent providers who want more homeowner calls in Oakland and the Oakland area.

Homeowners come to us with real problems: burst pipes, stopped drains, backed-up sewer lines. We point them to a provider in our network. You run your own business, set your own prices and do the work your way.

Who We Are Looking For

We want working contractors in these areas:

• Emergency plumbing and leak repair
• Drain cleaning and emergency drain clearing
• Sewer line repair, including camera inspection and blocked pipe services
• Water heater and fixture work

You should know the local housing. Stucco ranch homes on slabs, older bungalows and 1950s-1980s tract homes each bring their own pipe problems. Homeowners notice when a plumber understands that.

What We Expect

Providers in our network should:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required for the work in your state and city
• Explain problems in plain language, especially to first-time homeowners
• Give quotes in writing before starting work
• Be honest about timing and avoid promising what you cannot do
• Stay in touch with homeowners if plans change
• Treat each home with care

We do not tell you how to do the job. We do ask that homeowners are treated fairly and that prices are clear.

How Referrals Work

Homeowners contact Regardedhusband Plumbing through the site. Based on the type of work and location, we may refer the request to a provider in our network. The homeowner then deals directly with you. You quote the job, do the work and bill the customer.

A referral fee may apply for connections. Details are shared during onboarding, before you agree to anything. Referrals are not promised in any set number.

How to Apply

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A good phone number for homeowners

We will review your note and reply with next steps.
