How to Make a Complaint

Every homeowner who reaches Regardedhusband Plumbing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• How your contact or call with Regardedhusband Plumbing went
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Regardedhusband Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@regardedhusband.living and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may also be able to help.
